TikTok Mini Games Terms of Service

1. Scope

These Terms apply to TikTok Mini Games operated by Shenzhen Yijie Guangnian Technology Co., Ltd. (深圳市艺界光年科技有限公司) and made available through TikTok (collectively, “our Mini Games”).

Currently applicable mini-games include, but are not limited to:

Triple Harvest

When we launch additional TikTok Mini Games, we may add their names to the Covered Mini Games list on this page. These Terms apply to a newly listed game from the time that game uses this page.

2. Acceptance

By accessing, launching, or using our Mini Games, you acknowledge that you have read and agree to these Terms. If you do not agree, please stop using the relevant Mini Game.

3. Game Services

Our Mini Games may provide levels, progress saving, virtual rewards, missions, achievements, leaderboards, advertising and other features; some games may enable in-app purchases.

We may update, modify, suspend or discontinue features where reasonably necessary for maintenance, security, compliance or improvement.

4. Eligibility

You may use our Mini Games only where permitted by applicable laws and TikTok platform rules. Where parental or guardian consent is required, you should obtain it before use.

5. TikTok Login and Authorization

Our Mini Games operate within TikTok. Depending on the features used, we may use TikTok login, authorization and related platform capabilities.

Profile information such as display name or avatar will be accessed only after explicit authorization where needed.

6. Acceptable Use

You must not:

• Use cheats, unauthorized software, scripts, bots or automation tools;
• Exploit bugs, vulnerabilities or game mechanics for unfair benefit;
• Attack, interfere with or disrupt servers, networks, systems or security measures;
• Access accounts, systems or data without authorization;
• Use the Mini Games for unlawful, fraudulent, infringing or harmful purposes; or
• Copy, sell, distribute or commercially exploit game content without authorization.

7. Advertising

Some Mini Games may display rewarded video ads, interstitial ads or other formats supported by TikTok.

Users may choose whether to watch rewarded ads and may receive in-game rewards after satisfying applicable conditions.

8. Virtual Items and Rewards

Mini Games may provide virtual currency, virtual items, upgrades or other digital rewards.

Unless otherwise required by law, such content has no real-world monetary value, cannot be exchanged for cash and may not be transferred outside the game without authorization.

9. In-App Purchases

If a Mini Game enables in-app purchases, transactions may be processed through TikTok or payment methods supported by TikTok.

Products, prices, payment methods and refund rules may vary by country or region.

10. Intellectual Property

Our Mini Games and their code, graphics, interfaces, text, audio, visual effects, trademarks, logos and other content are owned by or lawfully licensed to us or relevant rights holders.

Unauthorized copying, modification, distribution, sale, sublicensing or commercial exploitation is prohibited.

11. Third-Party Services

Mini Games may rely on TikTok, cloud providers, advertising providers, analytics providers and payment providers.

Those services may be governed by their own terms and privacy policies.

12. Service Availability

We use reasonable efforts to keep the Mini Games available but do not guarantee uninterrupted, error-free or permanent availability.

Maintenance, technical failures, network conditions, security incidents or force majeure may cause interruptions.

13. Suspension or Termination

We may suspend or terminate services where a user materially violates these Terms, creates cheating, fraud or security risks, where required by law, regulators or TikTok, or where a Mini Game is discontinued.

14. Disclaimer

To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, the Mini Games are provided on an “as is” and “as available” basis.

Nothing here excludes or limits liability that cannot legally be excluded or limited.

15. Changes to These Terms

We may update these Terms to reflect new Mini Games, feature changes, business developments, applicable law or platform policies.

We will update the Last Updated date and provide additional notice where required by law.
